Fantastic charging device
I am so happy with my purchase. The Mophie brand was new to me, however after asking a helpful staff member about the product I thought I would give it a try. Now I can travel around and not have to worry about my mobile phone running out of battery

Q: What does the 10K capacity mean on the Mophie Essential PowerStation 10K?
A: 10K means a 10,000mAh battery class, which is suited to portable phone charging through the day. In typical use, that is roughly enough for about 1.5 to 2 full smartphone charges, depending on your phone model, battery health and charging losses.
Q: Is the Mophie Essential PowerStation 10K Green suitable for charging tablets as well as phones?
A: Yes, it can be a practical backup for many phones and smaller tablets, provided your device charges over USB. A 10,000mAh power bank is better suited to top-ups and partial tablet charging than repeated full charges on larger battery tablets.
Q: Can the Mophie Essential PowerStation 10K Green charge a laptop?
A: No, this 10K power bank is generally intended for phones, earbuds and other small USB devices. Most laptops need higher output and USB-C PD support, so a compact 10,000mAh model is not the right choice for reliable laptop charging.
Q: How can you tell if the Mophie Essential PowerStation 10K is charging properly?
A: The clearest sign is the battery indicator response when the power bank is connected to a charger or to a device. On Mophie power banks, status lights usually show remaining charge and charging activity, so no light change can point to a cable or charger issue.
Q: Is the Mophie Essential PowerStation 10K Green better for everyday carry or long trips?
A: It is better suited to everyday carry, commuting and emergency backup than multi-day charging without access to power. A 10,000mAh size balances portability and runtime well, but heavier travel users may prefer a higher-capacity battery pack.
