A variety of settings
The best features are the compression settings a total of 5 intensity settings and 4 compression programs. There is also 3 different heat settings all great for providing relief to your foot . I also like that the controller can be used for any of the other compression wraps. The thing I find that may need reviewed is the size of the controller it feels a bit big for the foot compression wrap and slips down a little when in use.
