  This TV is absolutely awesome. The picture size and quality are excellent. I love the fact it is Google smart and we don't need a fire stick or anything else to watch Foxtel. It was so easy to set up the other channels. Price wise I was literally gobsmacked. Under $400 for a smart tv of this size. Excellent warranty. Sound is great. Easy to work. I actually bought it for my grandson and now he can watch foxtel, or play his switch or the playstation without any drama. I am extremely happy with this TV. Would I rccomend it, YES, 100%

  TV works fine - getting help out of The Good Guys for a receipt re-print is impossible

  Product works fine and is well in line with what you'd expect for price. Purchasing experience online was fast, but getting any help from The Good Guys support on a tax invoice has been IMPOSSIBLE. Can't acess through link provided (never get a text message) and have used their website twice to follow up and receive no response (no acknowledgement, no invoice, complete silence).

  Easy to set up and easy to use

  For a lower end TV it really is great quality. Was bought as an extra TV for the kids to game on or watch TV. Actually prefer it over my more expensive one. Was very simple to set up and login to all the apps. Picture is great and adjusts between normal viewing and the game devices. Laptop connected via Bluetooth without a hitch also. Very handy for the price.

  Unbeatable Value 4K TV

  I bought this 4K TV as a replacement to a 16 year old Samsung 1080P. The difference in the new technology was astounding. At $418 [on special] delivered for a 55 inch TV it is fantastic value. A big surprise was how light new TVs are and how small the bezel was. Setup was largely seamless but mainly used a smartphone with TV using wireless access. Smart TV options means streaming is easy. Zero dead pixels was a firm requirement for me and this was what we got. Clarity of text is amazing. Physical setup is limited to screwing in the legs if table mounting. Sufficient connectivity provided with plugs pointing sideways which assists placement close to the wall. Simple / clear remote. Only unknown is reliability however at this price if it lasts 5 years I would be happy. Delivered on date as advised and within slotted time period. Will be watching this brand with keen interest on the review forums to see reliability.
