not as good as subsequent model
I had the newer model floor cleaner but changed to this one for the accessories. The mechanism to work the steam is nowhere near as easy as the newer model, and the newer model did a better cleaning job of the floor.

I love my last euro flex. It last 9 years. The only thing I find difficult is the previous model was constant steam but having to hold the button down cons for steam gives me a sore shoulder.

Hard to use
I didnt really like this product, I found it extremely heavy and difficult to manuver around. And it was annoying that you have to wait for it to cool down because you can refil as the water would spit out due to the steam

Good quality for the money spent
I am happy with the steam cleaner. It is efficient and provides a strong steam to clean. Did not have chance to use all the handle parts but I am happy with what I used do far. Only what it would be good with next generation models is that the cord that runs from the water container to handle to be a bit longer so when you need to use the handle you can reach object above the head or some wider surfaces. I struggle with this bit.
