    The ink pack was purchased for installation in an Epson printer purchased from the Good Guys. Your sales records should indicate that I have made similar purchases in the past. At no time have I been successful in installing the cartridges purchased The warning from the printer always indicates incorrect ink

    Need better descriptor

    It may be an indication of my assumption when I shop, but I assumed that a pack would contain all that was necessary to get the printer going again. But I was left stranded when I also needed a black cartridge to do my printing. The package should clearly indicate this for time poor people like me or better still, black ink cartridge should be included in the complete pack.
