Easy to use and setup
This was really well packaged and is a substantial unit. It could be used in a small scale business operation, although was purchased for a domestic office. The setup was really straight forward when following the instructions. The ability to link the unit to other PC's and phones to scam and print is great! Printed a very ordinary photo on photo quality paper without setting fancy settings and it look great! The unit looks good, and easily fits atop a filing cabinet or on the corner of a desk. Highly recommended!

Misleading description on Good Guys website but good printer
I bought the printer needing double-sided scanning as an essential function. The Good Guys website very misleadingly states under Key Features: "Print, scan and copy on A4 with 250 sheet tray and double-sided". It only prints double-sided! I am now stuck with a printer that doesn't offer what I need. The printer itself is good for what it says. Easy setup.

USB port
Very disappointed, the box said UltaUSB, but there was NO USB port, so I have waisted $450. Tried to contact Good Guys but that was imposable. I have just bought another printer with a USB Port from another store. Will not be using the good guys again. More because the lack of response from them. Lift your game ! even the feedback sheet is about the product and nothing about customer care, think about that. Noel
