  With a little tweaking this machine will produce Cafe quality drinks. The auto milk frother is amazing with all adjustments, intuitive and easy. The machine is compact and lite and ideal for making one coffee at a time.

  Manual expresso machine - Premium beginning

  Happy with the performance, it needs to be careful to latch the portafilter in the machine as it is tight and the machine is a light weight one (little inconvenient). The single shot pressure basket is better for the espresso quality (not sure why!) than the double shot basket.

  Learning Espresso on the Breville Bambino Plus

  I’ve been using the Breville Bambino Plus in Black Truffle for about a month now, and it’s my first espresso machine. I chose it because I wanted something simple that still makes proper café‑style coffee at home, and it absolutely delivers on that. What stands out most is how beginner‑friendly it is. The single and double shot buttons, plus the automatic milk settings, mean there’s almost no learning curve, even if you’ve never used an espresso machine before. The ThermoJet system also heats up in just a few seconds, so it’s easy to make a quick coffee before work. I do find that I waste quite a bit of milk, because the automatic milk frother only works properly with a minimum amount of milk, and I don’t always need that much. For people who make smaller milk drinks, this is something to be aware of. What I like: * Heats up in a few seconds, so I can make a quick coffee before work. * Shots are consistent once you dial in your coffee, and milk drinks taste close to café quality. Things to know: * You need a separate grinder or espresso‑ground coffee, as there’s no built‑in grinder. * The machine is quite light, so it can move a bit when locking in the portafilter. * If you only use a small amount of milk, the automatic milk frother is less useful because it works best with a minimum milk level. Overall, the Bambino Plus feels perfect for beginners who want great milk‑based coffees without dealing with complicated settings or a big machine.

  Great little coffee machine

  This machine was purchased for my office, I have the bigger Breville Barista Express at home and this new machine is fantastic. It makes a great coffee, the adjustable steam and froth feature is excellent and overall the machine makes a great coffee. If I had to find one criticism it would be its a little lightweight when attaching the group head, but once you know this you just adapt to holding the machine while attaching the group head. Overall very happy and great buy!

  This machine always pops up on every review in a positive way. However make sure you get a decent grinder and buy fresh coffee bean. Then it is a great coffee maker. No complaint what so ever except for the tiny tray (needs to empty every time). Highly recommended.
