Great product but just not hot enough
It's a great product all round. Heats up fast. Only issue is that it's just not hot enough. So I went ahead and bought the Sunbeam product which is much more hotter and works well for my purpose.

Comfy and easy to use
Haven't had a long go with it yet but first impressions are good. Material feels soft and the fleece is nicer than I expected not scratchy like some cheaper heat pads. The wrap-around design with the wide elastic band looks like it'll stay put better than a flat heat pad that slides off when you move. Three heat settings with the lit-up buttons are easy to figure out, no instruction manual needed to work out the basics. Good to see the 90 minute auto shut-off. Also handy that the cord detaches so you can throw the pad in the wash.
