  BAD EXPERIENCE 4 MONTHS FROM PAYING/ STILL NOT INSTALLED

  The range hood is still in the box, so can not tell you anything about that. BUT I order the RANGE HOOD in November 2024 and was notified that should be install by early December 2024. I was happy with the on-line order easy I thought. Then late December after on-line chat with IA BOT, then a real person. This is one of many on-line chats and phone calls to different departments in GOOD GUYS trying to receive my order and have it installed. I have personal spent over 4 hours trying to communication to GOOD GUY, being on hold to speak to someone for over one hour, just to be told, we are short staff and you have called the wrong HELP number with GOOD GUYS. I ended up driving to the warehouse to pick up my RANG HOOD personally in January after waiting 3 months for my RANGE HOOD. The GOOD GUYS stated that they have ONE installer in PERTH ONLY, GOOD LUCK trying to get in contact with this person or getting your appliance installed. Now we are in February 2025, the range hood is still in the box, not installed and I paid full amount of money in NOVEMBER for purchase / insulation on the same financial transaction. The GOOD GUYS have extremely bad communication with there customers, I have had to follow this order up some many time I have lost count. The on-line office is only staffed from the east coast of Australia, very easy to call out of hours from Western Australia with day light saving in the east. If calling make sure you call at 6 am Perth time to get through quicker than one hour wait that seems normal now with the GOOD GUYS. When this RANGE HOOD gets finally installed, I have my finger crossed that it works and do not have to take it done for replacement for warranty work or replacement.

  Good quality rangehood

  I purchased and installed this for a customer. It is well built and easy to install. It also has long ducting covers which makes is suitable for houses with higher ceilings without having to purchase additional ducting covers. Filters are easy to remove and install which is necessary for regular cleaning.
