Great product
Great product overall. However, it needs to be set up specifically for either Mac or Windows or both, which wasn’t clearly stated on the packaging. When we tried to use it, it immediately asked which system it needed to be compatible with, so setting up is required its not an easy plug in. Aside from that, it worked well and served its purpose.

Bought this online, after comparing the price for other branded 2TB portable drives. Fast collection. So far, and its early days, the product had performed well. Had to buy this one to replace another brand HDD which died with all my data. There is hoping this will not happen this time.
