Item is ok, but instructions are weird.
I purchased this item solely for trimming the edges of my hair. While it comes with numerous attachments for beard trimming, nose hair trimming, and other grooming tasks, the instructions are a major disappointment. They consist mainly of images, many of which are unclear and do not effectively explain their purpose, making them more confusing than helpful. The device's instruction shows a charging bar, yet there is no charging light or battery indicator on the actual unit. Even attaching and changing the accessories often requires trial and error because of the lack of simple and clear instructions. If products are being sold in Australia, they should include comprehensive English-language instructions. Instead, the package contains warranty information in 10 other languages while failing to provide clear guidance on how to use the product properly. This significantly detracts from the overall user experience. The printed paper in multiple language is a waste, where it could have been properly utilised to provide clear instructions in English on how to do the tasks.
