Portability and amazing sound
Thinking back to the speakers we had as kids in our radios, boomboxes and even hifi stereos it is amazing that something so small can sound so very good. We were camping recently and used the Boom4 as a mini soundbar when watching downloads on an iPad. Took the movies to a new level. Looking forward to now getting a second one linked up.

UE Boom 4, Poor battery life
I bought the Boom 4 to replace my over 10 year old UE Boom which started having battery issues. The Boom 4 feels cheaper then my original, it has far less battery life, with the battery only lasting for 1 to 1.5hrs when volume on 80% or above which nearly doesn't cover one home workout session. It is no where near as loud as my old one so volume has to be high hence destroying battery life. It also takes far too long to charge especially when considering how long you get from that charge. Almost have to use the speaker when plugged in and constantly on charge. Overall am not happy with the Boom 4 and will look at returning for another brand.
