Product is good. Easy to set up. The staff though seemed like she was regretting being there. The Good Guys, train your staff. Reprimand those who can’t do their job properly. No customer would want to interact with staff who can’t even smile and treat their customers nicely.

Not sure how this device runs as I purchased this item on advice from sales agent but was unable to use in a FTTN service area as hardware is not compatible. I have had to return and purchase a device that is VDSL/ADSL compatible.

Fast nbn router
With the short time I have with the router, if starting from scratch, setup is brilliant quick. If like me moving from another router, there is more involved with matching old settings so devices like IOT reco nects seamlessly. I did notice it has a separate section to IOT network which might be good to seperate from the rest of the devices. Lots of little things to tweak to see if can make it more efficient but out of the box it does gives a higher speed test result.
