Not as good as the old one
It's easy to make coffee, but it's not as good as my previous Sunbeam with a separate grinder. It also went on sale a couple of weeks later for significantly less.

Great experience
The espresso and steamed milk quality is surprisingly high, and the aesthetic appeal is commendable. While the construction incorporates plastic components, the product's value proposition is excellent, especially considering its price point.

Fast to fire up - easy to use
Replaced EM7000 with this. Overall it makes a good coffee but Not as sturdy as my EM7000. The built in grinder is messy to tamp. There is no need for the dials and buttons to be so big. Dual boiler works well it holds plenty of water and coffee. Every thing works well but I doubt Ill get eight years out of iit as I did with the previous model.
