Must have right size tips
At first I thought the sony WF1000XM5B were terrible for noise cancellation. However once I tried all the different sized ear tips included I found a pair that worked perfectly. Also after fine tuning some settings I found that the ANC was just as good as my old BOSE quiet comfort II.

Great quality with outstanding sound and noise cancellation
Superb sound quality and smart detection of ambience. Heaps of customisation option via the Sony app. Way better than apple AirPod in terms features. However build quality of the case is cheap plastic feels cheap in hand. Not the ear buds though.
