This beats toddler stains every time!
My toddler managed to tip coloured dye into our almost white carpets, and somehow this helped us get it out! This has managed to work for every stain she's thrown at us so far!

Q: What is the Shark StainStriker OXY Multiplier Formula used for?
A: It is a cleaning solution designed for Shark StainStriker spot cleaners to help treat carpet and upholstery stains. The OXY formula is intended for targeted messes such as tracked-in dirt, food spills and pet accidents rather than whole-room carpet shampooing.
Q: Can I use this OXY Multiplier Formula in any Shark carpet cleaner?
A: No. This formula is intended for Shark StainStriker systems, so compatibility depends on the cleaner using the matching solution setup. If a Shark machine uses a different detergent system or tank design, use the formula specified for that model.
Q: Can I use another brand of cleaning solution instead of Shark StainStriker OXY Multiplier Formula?
A: It is best to use the matching Shark formula for a StainStriker machine. Other detergents may foam differently, leave residue or not work as intended with the machine's cleaning system, which can affect stain removal and rinse performance.
Q: Does Shark StainStriker OXY Multiplier Formula contain oxygen-based stain treatment?
A: Yes. The OXY name indicates an oxygen-based stain-fighting formula aimed at lifting common household spots and odours. It is designed as a cleaning solution rather than a bleach substitute, so always follow the label directions for suitable surfaces.
Q: Is the 946ml bottle mainly for spot cleaning or full carpet cleaning?
A: It is mainly suited to spot cleaning and smaller stain-removal jobs. A 946ml bottle can go a long way when treating isolated spills, but it is not the same as buying a large-volume detergent for whole-home deep carpet cleaning sessions.
Q: Can this formula be used on both carpet and upholstery?
A: Yes, it is generally intended for the same soft surfaces a portable stain cleaner is designed to treat, including carpet and many upholstery fabrics. Check the fabric care label first, because delicate or water-sensitive materials may not be suitable.
