Its a Seagate drive so it works well, so far it has worked as well and can be expected. It attaches to our 3 computers with no problems. I'm looking at another one on payday

perfect for laptop external hard drive
I got this for more storage space and to change my scratch drive in photoshop and it's working perfectly, 1 TB is plenty for my needs and hopefully will last me ages. about 80 GB is automatically deducted from the capacity for some reason which doesn't bother me, the software for backup and password protection make the product even better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a high quality hard drive for a great price!
