DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Ordered Hisense 75" Q6QAU QLED 4K Smart TV on 28/07/2025. Prompt delivery on 29/07/2025. Installed TV on the same day and TV wouldn't recognise Wifi Networks. Reported product fault online on 30/07/2025. No response for over a week and then contacted CS who mentioned there is no record of product fault report filed online. Took my details and forwarded to Hisense. Received call from Hisense after few days for basic trouble shooting. Fault persists and Tech was supposed to arrive in a week to fix. Received SMS on 23/09/2025 stating the parts to fix the TV would take about 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I want to return this faulty product and CS wont' help. Today the 06/10/2025 still no resolution.

I only need a phone for calls & texts as I do most of my online stuff on either my tablet or laptop so although not the latest version, this phone has great features, is easy to set up and was a great price.
