    Have only had a short time but I love it so far. It is very quiet and gently on my washing.There is no condensation and it reminds you to clean the filter before every use. I can work remotely from my phone.

    Good, not great

    I wouldn't not recommend it but be aware of these things first. You'll want to use the drain hose instead of the tank so make sure you have the access for that. After about a month of use it has ruined three pairs of my shorts. The waist cord gets caught up in the filter guard and twists until it either snaps or becomes so tight you'll spend an hour untangling it all. Sometimes clothes or towels are still a little damp. That using the AI setting mostly though. The stacking kit ordered/recommended doesn't fit. I've been waiting a long time for TGG or Samsung to get back in touch with me to sort out. But, I really like the style and simplicity of use so I'm happy to put up with those things.

    Impressive and looks great

    I’m really happy with this dryer, my first heat pump. I was a bit nervous after hearing other people’s opionions on heat pump dryers but I find this to be better than my old conventional dryer , faster, quieter and more reliable with actually drying the clothes.
