Great Purchase
This was my first time buying myself a brand new fridge. It has a great layout, with plenty of shelf, drawer and door space. The freezer is very easy to access and has an automatic ice maker. The only thing that surprised me was that the water dispenser on the door was not plumbed. Despite the fridge being plumbed to make ice automatically, I have to filter and refill the water tank manually. This is a little disappointing considering the price, but overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Disappointing After-Sales Service and Poor Communication
Unfortunately, my experience with The Good Guys was disappointing. The fridge I purchased arrived faulty, and it took approximately three to four weeks to resolve the issue. During this time, nobody contacted me to follow up on my case or provide updates. I had to take the initiative at every stage, including calling Samsung, contacting The Good Guys directly, and even visiting the store in person to try to get the issue resolved. Once the problem was addressed, I also had to wait several more days for the faulty fridge to be collected. I understand that issues can sometimes occur with products, but I believe the after-sales service and communication could have been much better. As a customer, I expected more proactive follow-up, clearer communication, and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not a good one, and it has left me disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
