Great picture and good features
The TV was easy to set up and easy to operate. The picture is very clear and the different apps work seamlessly. I enjoy being able to listen to radio channels with good sound and have some photos from my trips as art display.

Faulty after 4 Days
Bought new TV Samsung had issues with it phoned Good Guys then had to deal with Samsung TV was assessed and found out it was over one year old lucky Samsung are replacing it with. New TV will not be going back to Good Guys again as the lied to us about the TV we purchased

Samsung frame TV 43
Quite enjoy the tv. However, we were looking for a smaller screen TV to replace an old Hitachi. To get the size that we wanted we had to pay a premium price for a facility that we did not want or need. Recommend with caveats. A frame. You're kidding. But we wanted the Samsung brand and the size options were limited. Who needs the frame? We do not use it. If you need a smaller screen size, I would recommend this product due to available range.

Great TV, terrible service by The Good Guys
TV looks and sounds great. Really low profile when installed on the wall. On the other hand, the good guys weren’t so great. Courier company gave an estimated delivery date which came and went. No updates from the good guys and it was near impossible to speak with them. Eventually we got our delivery fee reimbursed and the TV delivered, a month after it was scheduled

Tv looks nice, has a nice clear picture and was fairly easy to install. Terrible delivery service and no help from the store where it was coming from. Took well over a month to arrive - had 2 seperate days off work waiting for delivery which didn’t arrive either day. Would not get delivery from this store ever again
