Aesthetically pleasing but let down by design
The Samsung MS32DG4504AG is a solid and aesthetically pleasing microwave, but its dark finish lets it down in everyday use. The buttons are small and difficult to see, especially in low-light conditions, which can be frustrating. The placement of the time-setting button is also inconvenient and could have been better positioned in a more isolated or intuitive location. Additionally, the interior light is not bright enough, possibly due to the frosted or tinted glass door, making it hard to see food while it’s cooking. Backlit buttons would have been a welcome addition and would significantly improve usability. Overall, while the microwave looks great, the design and configuration of the control buttons detract from an otherwise good product.

Great to use - easy to follow features
It's easy tp use the functions are easy to understand. Only downside - I can't see what's happening inside because the black door is opaque, which can lead to boil overs with liquids.
