Good microwave especially on special. Dial makes it easy to use and isn’t noisy since you don’t have to press buttons to increase time. Well worth it and easy to clean.

SUB-STANDARD SAMSUNG MICROWAVE
1. Door extremely difficult to open - NO push button release - requires PULL so two-handed operation - plus leaves fingerprints on unit. 2. NO auto features for everyday microwaving (frozen vegies / potato / pasta / snack food / beverage / reheating casserole / etc) - requires using flimsy manual to work out level / weight / time - all of which is not the least convenient or user friendly. 3, Comments are the just some of the problems, list is too long to include here.
