The box arrived opened and without a battery for one of the phones. The good guys Online customer service said go to a store. Called the store, which said call online services. Chatbots were unhelpful. Ended up just buying an additional battery from office works as it was easier than dealing with the awful customer service and the time to sort it out in store when I’d already paid for shipping.
