I have used an Oral B electric toothbrush (the Pro series) for a few years now and my better half recently decided to get one too. The IO series brush appears to be superior to the Pro series as it is quieter, feels better in the hand and better shows if you are applying the correct pressure - it shows if you are using too little, too much or the correct amount of pressure via a coloured light. The 3 series does not required Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity and is a good price when on special. The charge in the battery lasts for well over a week. I/we highly recommend it.

I’ll be honest, I put off buying an electric toothbrush for years. Seemed like overkill. But after my dentist (again) mentioned my gums could use some TLC, I caved and picked up the iO Series 3 in Ice Blue — partly for the tech, partly because that colour looked genuinely nice on my bathroom shelf. Two weeks in and I’m genuinely converted. My teeth just feel smoother and cleaner than they ever did with other brushes and that’s not placebo — my gums already feel less sensitive. Overall — great buy, no regrets.
