Great simple phone
Brought this phone for my elderly uncle who just needed a phone to have for emergencies. He doesn’t use the internet, photos or texts. This phone is perfect for just a simple phone for him. The bigger buttons also are great.

The numbers are nice and big, and the phone not hard to operate, however to shut her down at night and starting her in the morning is a bit hard as it takes a long time, not sure if there is any shortcut

82 year old mother unable to operate it, found it confusing
82 year old mother unable to add phone numbers, would press button too many times or not enough. Frustrated, she boxed it back up and said no thank you. Unable to return the item, or upgrade as it had been used. Despite there being none available in store for her to try first so had to order online. My good deed down the drain
