Easy service, great product
The order was made online through the Helensvale store. I was sent a link for payment. I was provided updates on the order and when all items were in store for collection. Great customer service. Well done The Oliveri items I purchased (sink, tap and optional extras) are all perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Q: What does 316 stainless steel mean in day to day use for this Oliveri mixer?
A: 316 stainless steel is chosen for stronger corrosion resistance than many standard tap finishes, especially in kitchens exposed to salt air or harsher water conditions. It is a solid stainless construction, not just a coloured surface coating.
Q: Is the pull out spout on this Oliveri goose neck mixer useful for a double bowl sink?
A: Yes. A pull out spout gives extra reach across two bowls, sink corners and bulky cookware, which is harder with a fixed spout. It is designed for rinsing flexibility at the sink, rather than for filling pots far away on a benchtop.
Q: Why choose a goose neck pull out mixer instead of a lower fixed spout tap?
A: The higher goose neck shape gives more clearance for tall pots, vases and baking trays, while the pull out function adds targeted rinsing. The trade-off is that the taller profile needs suitable space behind and above the sink area.
Q: Can this Oliveri Essente goose neck mixer be used with a care handle accessory?
A: Yes. Oliveri lists a matching Essente care handle accessory for the goose neck mixer, aimed at easier grip and operation for users with limited hand strength or dexterity. It is a model-specific accessory, not a universal handle.
Q: Is a 316 stainless steel mixer a better fit for coastal homes than a standard plated finish?
A: For many coastal kitchens, yes. 316 stainless steel is generally preferred where salt in the air can be tougher on metal surfaces, making it a practical option when durability matters as much as style in a sink mixer.
