Lattes like I like 'em!
I was amazed to bring home a coffee machine that is so simple to use, so cost-effective in price, and yet can actually make lattes -- really divinely frothy lattes -- for me. Even my previous (much more expensive) coffee machine didn't froth so well! Beyond that, I delight in the simple design of the machine, which does not seem to require de-scaling (at least, not often) and which houses a fair amount of water in the water tank (meaning that I don't have to refill the tank with each coffee). I was even more astonished to go to work and realise that my employer had purchased the exact same model -- so that says something about how useful it is! I have been delighted with Good Guys' service ethic, and their various specials and "gold standard extras" meant that I did not pay much at all for a superb (essential) piece of machinery. Well-done, Good Guys!

Good upgrade for us
We purchased after using another brand of coffee machine. Love this because it has the attached milk frother. Everything is easy to use and clean. Machine only gives you 2 choices for coffee sizes and the milk froth attachment is marked with levels for cold vs hot milk. The instruction sheet does not come with good instructions but there are QR codes where you can view a video of each segment. Would have like some clear instructions included because the videos don’t really assist with details. Overall we are happy with the product.

Nespresso Citiz delight
The Nespresso Citiz and Milk is a little gem of a coffee machine. Always delivers a great coffee, very consistent and so easy to use. Great you can use a variety of different brand coffee pods with so you can enjoy all different types. My previous Nespresso machine lasted 10 years and I only replaced due to a new colour change in the kitchen. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.
