Nice replacement coffee machine
This is not an exact replacement because teh old Citiz is over 13 years old. There is a problem with teh temperature control and the recommendation from Nespresso is to replace it ewven though it still "sort of" works The new machine has a smaller fortprint and an updated aerochino that only has a single stirer. The coffee is still good and he frother still produces hot frothy milk. We are more than happy with the new machine.

Lattes like I like 'em!
I was amazed to bring home a coffee machine that is so simple to use, so cost-effective in price, and yet can actually make lattes -- really divinely frothy lattes -- for me. Even my previous (much more expensive) coffee machine didn't froth so well! Beyond that, I delight in the simple design of the machine, which does not seem to require de-scaling (at least, not often) and which houses a fair amount of water in the water tank (meaning that I don't have to refill the tank with each coffee). I was even more astonished to go to work and realise that my employer had purchased the exact same model -- so that says something about how useful it is! I have been delighted with Good Guys' service ethic, and their various specials and "gold standard extras" meant that I did not pay much at all for a superb (essential) piece of machinery. Well-done, Good Guys!
