This is my first time buying on the internet and the TV arrived with the Kraken it doesn't work
I don't know what to do I've sent emails explaining what's happened I tried to plug it in and only like a portion of it lights up I don't know what to do I would look like hope it's covered because it's obviously happened during the delivery process or something because my beautiful TV's not even like it's supposed to be can someone please contact me
