love it but not easy to understand manual
Does a great job now that we have poured over the manual to understand how to operate. Not the most intuitive and instructions get a bit lost in translation. Cleaning instructions including pyrolytic cleasning are quite involved. Best decision is not let it get too dirty- cool down oven after use with door open, and once cool wipe it down. So far that has worked well for us. We paid $979 for it as part of EOFY sale- so we are happy with price/performance We also purchased removal of old oven and installation by Good Guys HomeServices and they are excellent Important to note that this model required a safety switch - but there wasn't one in our old Queenslander and it would not be covered by warranty if installed without one. Home Services organised electrician to install one at additional but reasonable cost.

Looks Good
So many features....will take a while to learn them all. Cooking nicely and looks good. Still very new but pleased with this oven so far and should be even better once mastered all the features.

Yes awesome features if you knew how to work the oven.
We are elderly, and certainty not computer savvy we are very disappointed with our purchase as we are struggling To operate all the features. We felt that the salesman didn't inform us about the workings of the oven. We returned to the store and was given some help by Rita, however we almost feel that we have a white elephant, and now believe that we have made a very bad decision,and should have purchased a much simpler over with easy settings.
