Underwhelmed this time
We loved our previous LG fridge so when it was time to replace we naturally gravitated to LG again. Alot of money spent to get this and it lasted 17 days. All power gone and I had to fight tooth and nail to get a full fridge replacement vs a motherboard replaced. Once I was connected with a leader at our local store, He was awesome. LG hotline was hopeless and unreliable or responsive. Their call back for follow-up occurred 8 days after our replacement fridge had been delivered. The representative had no clue that this had happened already. I had requested a same day call back but it was 8 days.

Fridge/Freezer great - water didn’t work from new
This fridge/freezer was such a size upgrade on our old fridge we don’t know what to do with all the space. However, the water function never worked from brand new (due to manufacturing error) so it is going be replaced with a new one.
