1 month old fridge
Disappointed with this fridge as it is not cooling after just 3 weeks of purchase. We don’t have fridge to store food for more than a week now as I am writing this review today. The worst part is their service!!! Technician came Friday around 10am. I called the company Monday afternoon for follow up and was told she doesn’t see any report yet in their system Today, Tuesday afternoon I called again but was told the same thing that she can’t see any report in their system She said she will call me as soon as she gets a report from the technician. I know that with every appliance you will encounter fault if you’re unlucky. But with very poor service you get to experience like this is unacceptable. My old fridge from a different brand lasted 12 years before replacing with this.

Overall good product and experience. Only issue is that the water filter still tastes very plastic, We have been trying to flush it though every day to try and rectify this issue as it is probably not safe to drink as yet. Perhaps in time this will improve.
