As a person with LOW VISION, the microphone function is what sold this TV to me!
The microphone function is wonderful! Great sound and takes a lot of stress out of choosing something to watch. Not a big TV watcher because fiddly remotes you can't see in low light are just not ok... THIS IS A FANTASTIC TV for people with low vision or other similar difficulties

Slow loading, Poor sound.
This television is extremely slow to load and open apps reminding me of a 56k modem. The sound from rhe inbuilt speakers is below par. All in all I am quite disappointed with this LG TV and will never buy another.

Straight in, pick up and out
I knew what tv I wanted and had no time to waste. Sales person walked straight up to me as I walked in and asked what I wanted. She searched the stock and advised to drive to the back of the shop and some one will load it, after I paid. Is was.in the door and had the TV in my car end.to end <15min. Just what I needed.for a busy morning.

Replaced my old 47 inch LG for this and LOVE IT!
I have bought for work or personally LED TV’s from Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, No-sense & Phillips. TCL’s, Phillips and Hi-sense should be treated as “2-3 year TV’s”. Samsung & LG are the top 2 because Sony is SO hit and miss, it’s just not worth th gamble; especially when LG can and do supply equivalent spec TV’s for usually 40% less. I got this 43 inch LG UHD LED to replace my 13 year old 47 inch LG LED because it finally gave up the ghost. Considering the longevity AND functionality of LG’s, I can honestly say whether it’s for work or your own place, it’s LG hands down 100/100 times. The most telling thing about LG’s is the fact that some of them are MORE expensive than some high end Sony’s. Also, the location of WHERE certain OLED screens are made does vary over time for Sony & Samsung whereas all LG screens are made by their OWN screen company which they wholly own. If you are trying to decide which TV brand to buy, if LG’s are on your shortlist, you are rolling the dice with your $500-$2000. And if you want to do more research about LG, Google the reviews of their product range - fridges, washing machines, dryers etc. and you’ll see that in the unlikely event something goes wrong, it’s either simply and very quickly replaced of under warranty, or a VERY cheap fix if out of warranty. Thats IF you have a problem.
