Product Great - Customer Service Terrible and Incorrect Product Description
I purchased this product online after reading the product description which identified it as being a touch screen. I discovered on arrival that it was in fact not touch screen. There is no easy way to contact customer service via online forms or phone as there is no category which covers the feedback required and phone requires long weight times. The screen (product) itself even without the touch screen is a great lightweight portable screen which meets everyday needs with nil issues at all. For newer laptops the ability to connect through a single USB-C cable for power/data is great. Otherwise it is just as easy utilising the provided mini HDMI also. The inclusion of all cables required for connection is great.
