Good quality pasta attachment for the kitchen aid. Great that the mixer does the turning so all you have to do is feed it through. The height helps too being more elevated than other pasta machines

At a glance
This 3-piece pasta attachment set turns a compatible KitchenAid stand mixer into a home pasta-making station for lasagne sheets, spaghetti and fettuccine. It suits home cooks who enjoy making pasta from scratch and want durable stainless steel attachments with adjustable thickness control. Its main limitation is that it only fits KitchenAid mixers with a front power hub and does not include extra cutter styles beyond the two supplied.

- 8 thickness settings: Lets you adjust dough thickness across 8 levels for better control when preparing different pasta types.
- Power hub operation: Uses the stand mixer’s front power hub to drive the roller and cutters, reducing the effort needed compared with fully manual pasta tools.
- Stainless steel construction: Provides a durable build suited to regular home use and helps maintain a solid, premium feel.
- Fresh pasta at home: Makes it easier to prepare homemade lasagne sheets, spaghetti and fettuccine in your own kitchen.
- Broad kitchenaid mixer fit: Fits KitchenAid tilt-head and bowl-lift stand mixers that use the front power hub, covering many common household models.

- 1 year manufacturer's warranty: Adds peace of mind for buyers wanting brand-backed support after purchase.
Q: Which KitchenAid mixers does the KSMPRA pasta attachment fit?
A: KitchenAid KSMPRA fits KitchenAid tilt-head and bowl-lift stand mixers that use the front power hub. It is made for KitchenAid mixers, so it is not designed to attach to stand mixers from other brands.
Q: Can this set make ravioli or only pasta sheets and noodles?
A: This set rolls pasta sheets and cuts spaghetti or fettuccine. It can help prepare dough sheets for filled pasta, but it does not include a ravioli shaper or stuffing attachment, so ravioli needs extra steps and tools.
Q: What attachments are included in the 3 piece KSMPRA set?
A: KitchenAid KSMPRA includes a pasta sheet roller, a spaghetti cutter and a fettuccine cutter. It covers two common noodle widths straight from the box, but other pasta shapes need separate attachments or hand shaping.
Q: Does the mixer do all the work or guide dough manually?
A: The mixer powers the roller and cutters, but the dough still needs to be fed through and supported by hand. That makes the process easier than a hand-crank machine, though the dough recipe and texture still affect the result.
Q: What can the 8 thickness settings be used for?
A: The 8 roller settings let you start with a thicker sheet, then work it thinner for different pasta styles. That makes it useful for broad sheets like lasagne as well as finer cuts, but dough consistency still needs to be right.
Q: Are the pasta roller attachments dishwasher safe or hand wash only?
A: Hand cleaning is the safer choice for this set. The stainless steel attachments are designed to be brushed or wiped clean rather than soaked or put through the dishwasher, which helps protect the cutters and finish.
Q: Is this a good choice for first-time pasta makers?
A: Yes, if you already own a compatible KitchenAid stand mixer and want fresh pasta without a separate machine. The process is straightforward, but first-time users usually need a little practice to get dough texture and sheet thickness right.
