Love my Kindle
I had been using my iPad to read books, but now I have this light and dedicated e-reader. I've had it a few weeks now, and I read a lot at a time, but not every day, and the battery is still on 63% from its first charge. It wasn't cheap for something that only does one thing, but if it lasts for a few years (which I have read these do) I will still feel it was money well spent.

Distraction free reading and many late nights bliss!
I am definitely a late convert to Kindles. But after taking the plunge, I am thrilled with my experience. Very easy to set up and link to my Amazon account. And I am back to my 1 book every 1-2 days, but they are much lighter! Bliss!! The Paperwhite is easy to use and with Strapsicles (these are brilliant!) to help me hold the unit, I have spent many many nights reading (I am grateful that coffee exists!). I am very glad to be a new member of the Kindle family.

Great eReader but only limited to Amazon
The device is easy to use, has great battery life, is lightweight, and the size is perfect. My only complaint is that it’s extremely limited to Amazon content. There are other e-readers that support borrowing from public libraries, and I feel that for the price, it should offer more flexibility—such as the ability to read any PDF of your choice.
