I was honestly so excited to get this, but my first machine unfortunately had a motor issue and didn’t work at all, which was really disappointing. It was a bit of a hassle returning it to the store and getting it exchanged, and I was worried the replacement might have issues too. Since getting the new one, I’ve been absolutely loving it. It now lives on my kitchen bench and gets used all the time. It’s super handy, really versatile, and has made food prep so much quicker and easier. I love how many functions it has — from cake making to shredding and blending, it really does it all. The built-in scale is also a winner and makes measuring so convenient, Love it
