  Kambrook Tower Fan

  I bought the smaller (77 cm) model of the Kambrook tower fan for my bedroom. Unfortunately, even at the lowest speed, it is fairly noisy. Other than that, it is a good product, even if the assembly of the base to the fan body is a bit tricky.

  disappointing product AND support

  the product i got wasnt wrapped at all for shipping, just sent in its own box. the product was also clearly a return of some sort, as the wrapping inside was torn. the cord was slightly damaged, and the product was made in a way that the cord will constantly be bent, which will quickly cause fraying. the remotes battery springs were wonky and barely attached. i contacted support about this, and after waiting weeks between messages, they offered only a coupon or return. i said yes to the coupon very begrudgingly (dont plan to buy from here again), and have yet to hear back about getting it after weeks. im super disappointed, and really cant recommend ordering from here. getting a faulty, poorly shipped, secondhand item is one thing, but having terrible support really makes it.
