Just what my calves and shins needed
I walk a lot, anywhere from 13-25km a day with at least 8km being at brisk pace. Lately my shins and calves have become rock hard. The heat and massage help ease off the tension and relieve the pain, like magic. I got two so can do both legs at the same time. If you are always on the go and dont have time to swap legs I recommend doing the same.
