Great picture
This replaced a 7 year old Hisense q8. Picture is brilliant, sound is ok, I use a sony sound bar which improves the sound however there are some glitches that i have not got around yet. If you are using one on the hdmi ports with the sound output set to tv, then switch to tv you get no sound output. You have to switch the sound output out of earc to something else then switch back to get output. Another little bug is that if you have subtitles running and change channel you have to go back in and reselect subtitles it loses them between channels. Maybe that is something that will be fixed in future software updates. An online manual with hints would also be helpful. Ordering online and delivery from the good guys was seamless and easy
