Sleek and stylish
Love my new fridge. It’s sleek and stylish and compact. It also has a coating on the doors that doesn’t show finger marks…. When I open the doors the back light is really pretty,but also lights up the whole fridge. Very impressed and hopefully it last as long as my previous Fisher and Paykel fridge.

Disappointing Delivery Service
This review is NOT about the product. The product itself is excellent and deserves 5 stars. THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE GOOD GUYS. I purchased a fridge and a washing machine together (Sales Order: S0061143945) and paid extra for premium delivery. This service is meant to include delivery, unpacking, placement, and setup. I clearly informed the sales staff at the time of purchase that the fridge would need to be taken upstairs and also provided measurements of the doorways and access points. However, on the delivery day, two delivery staff arrived who, in my view, seemed relatively inexperienced. They just took some measurements and immediately said they couldn’t take the fridge upstairs, claiming it was a “four-person job,” without making any attempt whatsoever. They were also reluctant to install the washing machine, warning me that once unpacked it couldn’t be returned, which felt unnecessarily intimidating. However, after I insisted, they eventually installed the washing machine. But they refused to move the fridge upstairs and left it still boxed in the garage, telling me to contact the store to arrange a four-person delivery, then left, avoiding any further engagement on the matter. I contacted the store and spoke with Melanie, who said someone would call me to arrange this. No one did. I then raised a ticket with the delivery team (Ref ID: 38772) and again received no response. In the end, I hired two independent movers myself, who moved the fridge upstairs in about 20 minutes. This made it clear that the original delivery refusal was unjustified. Despite paying for premium delivery, I did not receive the service I paid for. Weeks later, I was contacted by a representative from The Good Guys to check if I still needed help. I explained the situation to her and was advised that she would notify the store to process a refund for the delivery charges. That refund never happened. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what I expected from a well-known and trusted brand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their delivery service. While the products themselves are excellent, the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the delivery team significantly overshadowed the purchase. I hope the company takes steps to improve their delivery process to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.

Excellent layout and very practical
We’ve been really happy with this Fisher & Paykel quad door fridge. The layout is genuinely practical - having separate sections makes it easy to keep food organised and reduces the “everything gets buried” problem. Cooling has been consistent, it feels well built, and it runs quietly in our kitchen. The shelves and drawers are easy to adjust, and cleaning is straightforward. Overall it looks great, holds a lot, and has made day-to-day use noticeably easier.

Refrigerator
The quad door is wonderful as I can easily store and access products from the different drawers. It makes freezer items more organised. The soft lighting in the fridge section is great and the fridge is very quiet.

Love it!
Love this 4 door fridge. It has more space than expected and its nice to have some "organisation" in the freezer making it easier to find things. The only thing that is disappointing is that it does show fingerprints all over it (my previous F & P fridge didn't which was great) but that's a small problem to have. Would recommend this fridge.
