  Disappointed

  When I purchased my Epson Printer, the 4 bottles of ink were part of the purchase & I had no trouble filling the ink tanks. The new bottles of ink were very difficult to fill in the tanks & to date the black ink still refuses to flow into the tank. Not very happy with this expensive purchase.
