Packing was poor, nearly lost the mounting pieces
We haven't installed the stacking kit yet, this will happen when we move to our new home. But when it arrived the bottom of the box had broken open and the plastic bag with the loose mounting pieces was hanging out and split. Fortunately nothing had been lost, but probably only because the delivery guy spotted the issue and carried the box to the house upside down.

Disappointing service
Good product. Service non existent by two unsmiling females. I had tried to ring them THREE times & no one picked up the phone. I rang another Good Guys store to check if the store I tried to ring was open!! I had left my wallet behind & there was no way they would let me phone my son to pay on phone. Another Good Guys store told me they could have helped more. On returning back to the store after a 30 Min drive one way (my fault I understand) a sour faced lady who does accounts greeted me again. Because I was a customer who has purchased from many of your stores, a lady on the phone said she'd be able to give me a discount. But oh no. Miss Grumpy wouldn't budge for ages, then eventually went into her office & made a BIG decision to give me $5. I asked to see the product before buying & was told I couldn't see it as it was in the warehouse. I then asked how did I get there. She told me to go left, left then left again. I asked this grumpy looking lady where did I turn left from!!! I am from NSW & unfamiliar with her directions. I have never felt so disappointed with service?? given & have always found your employees cheerful & helpful. The two women I encountered at your store were quite the worst unhelpful people I have EVER had to deal with. How I wish I had their names. The product was only available at your store unfortunately. No star rating to these two!!
