  Small footprint, fits many cup and mug sizes, warms up quickly and makes a delicious espresso! Can't fault this machine. It looks good and feels well-made. Incredible at this price! It(the pump) can be a little noisy when first starting a shot, but quickly quietens.

  Useless

  This machine is supposed to take coffee ground for espresso which my usual coffee is but apparently it only takes certain grinds so I had to try other coffees which are nowhere near my usual. I have been frothing milk successfully for 15 years but this machine does not cream the milk no matter what I try. It is a two cup machine but two cups do not fit on the machine without holding!!!! It is useless and a complete waste of money.

  Does a great job. The start-up directions leave a little to be desired, if you're not good at interpreting cartoons. Once I'd downloaded the full directions I found out it was really quite simple.. Having been using pods for years, I've been getting lazy, but now I enjoy the influence I have in the making of good coffee in many varieties. I consider this coffee machine was an excellent purchase.

  Fabulous Machine

  I absolutely love my Delonghi Dedica Arte. The coffee is perfect to my taste and I’m managing to make the best creamy milk with the steam wand. It looks great on my counter and doesn’t take up to much much space. Overall I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend.
