  This is about the Good Guys

  I ordered this online and never received an invoice. I asked for an invoice and was told someone would ring me in 4 days. That was 2 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from anyone. I am about to chase them up again. For a business purchase I need a tax invoice for GST purposes. This is the second set of hotplates I ordered as the first hotplates never arrived. I used the online help and was advised again that someone would call, and they never did. That was six weeks ago. I only managed to get a refund when I complained when purchasing the second hotplates. I won't be buying online from the good guys again. As for the Hotplates 5 out of 5 stars for the Chef 60cm ceramic cooktop.

  A very poor-quality cooktop

  Very disappointing. I am really regretting buying this cooktop. Previously we had an Ariston glass cooktop which was at least 16 years old and it had not one scratch, whereas this new Chef is showing signs of being very easily scratched. I am very disappointed that I bought it. The switches are really difficult to read.

  I like the sleek look of the cooktop and that it heats up in no time which I love. I was worried it would be hard to clean but it hasnt been at all and Id recommend buying Cerapol Ceramic cooktop cleaner and the protector to keep your cooktop looking brand new after use. Id recommend this cooktop!
