Reliable product. Make sure you measure everything before ordering. I had to put in a trim but that is pretty standard these days. Nice looking produce and Chef are reliable.

I ordered this online and never received an invoice. I asked for an invoice and was told someone would ring me in 4 days. That was 2 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from anyone. I am about to chase them up again. For a business purchase I need a tax invoice for GST purposes. This is the second set of hotplates I ordered as the first hotplates never arrived. I used the online help and was advised again that someone would call, and they never did. That was six weeks ago. I only managed to get a refund when I complained when purchasing the second hotplates. I won't be buying online from the good guys again. As for the Hotplates 5 out of 5 stars for the Chef 60cm ceramic cooktop.

A very poor-quality cooktop
Very disappointing. I am really regretting buying this cooktop. Previously we had an Ariston glass cooktop which was at least 16 years old and it had not one scratch, whereas this new Chef is showing signs of being very easily scratched. I am very disappointed that I bought it. The switches are really difficult to read.
