A significant upgrade from the Gaggia Classic
I previously owned a Gaggia Classic and have found the Breville Dual Boiler to be a significant upgrade. The temperature control is excellent, shots are consistently good, and being able to extract espresso and steam milk at the same time makes preparing coffee much quicker. It offers plenty of control while remaining straightforward to use. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.

Good so far
One really needs more time to give a reasonable review. The item is working as intended and I'm happy with my choice. During the set-up process you can watch a video or read the manual. There is a litmus paper test for water hardness which must be done at the right time. The paper is not clearly marked while being stuck to the front of the manual. I can't go back now. Some parts of the manual are confusing as if it was written by AI.

So good I bought a second one
This is my second Breville Dual Boiler. My first is still going strong more than 10 years later and has now been passed on to my daughter. I think it says a lot about the original design that the model has barely changed in that time. It makes consistently excellent coffee, offers plenty of control, and represents great value for a serious home espresso machine. Very happy to buy the same machine again.

Best machine out there!
This is the second time I have purchase this machine. I still have my first one which has served over 30000 cups of coffee. Still going strong. This one is performing exactly the same as my other one and would recommend it to anyone who is a serious coffee drinker that love coffee. Pair it with the smart grinder and you have one of the best coffee making facilities you can get without full commercial equipment.
