Impressive machine! So simple to use.
This machine makes a great tasting barista style coffee so simple. Breville has incorporated 4 keys elements into their machines to assist in making the perfect coffee we all desire. 1. Dosage. A consistent measured dosage for either a single or double shot selection. 2. Water temp. The heat pump produces the ideal water temp of 93. 3. 9 Bar of pressure during the extraction phase , allows all the flavours to be extracted from the coffee grinds. 4. A steam wand that produces 130 steam, perfect for making the milk microfoam to top off the perfect coffee. The key feature for me is the intelligent auto dosage which provides a consistent 8-11gms single shot or 18-22gms double shot dosage and the assisted tamping mechanism, which produces a perfect 10kg of pressure with a final 7 twist just like a professional barista would do to produce a perfect polished puck, ready for the extraction process. Once you have dialed in the correct grind setting for your preferred coffee beans, this allows the correct pressure during the extraction process, as indicated by the grey range on the pressure gauge. This machine takes all of the guess work out of the equation for those of us with no barista experience. Moderately priced and highly recommended.

Easy set up and easy maintenance. It is customisable enough to give that barista feel but not too much that making coffee is a chore.

Breville Barista Express Impress
Bought this Breville Coffee machine for workplace. Self tamper is handy. Makes delicious coffee. although not a dual boiler. This is a fantastic machine at a good price. I also have the Breville Oracle at home which is phenomenal and, is way easier to use- I would opt for this one if willing to spend more.
