It is OK. Quality good. Design of Functionality not brilliant
Quality of the product is good. I like the hot water of course. I don't like that you have to constantly press buttons. Whilst it technically retains the last setting, you always have to retell it that you want hot water, instead of the default of ambient. There isn't really a favourite button either. I'm just not a fan of the functionality design.

Wish I never bought it
I wish I never bought this. It doesn't heat up as well as I thought. I should have stuck to a good old fashioned kettle. Absolute waste of money.

I love that I can have instant boiling temperature water when I want it, no more waiting for the kettle to boil. Very easy to use, like that it has a custom setting on it as I use a huge mug. Can't fault this machine at all.
