Lid broke in less than 6 months and warranty is not included
The lid broke and support team from good guys asked me to bring the machine in the store. I brought all the parts then a lady from the store told me that if a plastic part is broken, warranty does not cover (broke is 6 months after purchase). Then she assumed I used the machine incorrectly and told me that there is no evidence for what I say. Machine is not cheap and parts either, consider other brands where at least warranty is included.

Parts are not under warranty
Product expensive and parts are not included in the warranty. The lid got broken in 6 month after purchase . Spare parts are also expensive and as I can see they dont last long.
