    Worked then it didn't

    I plugged this into my work laptop and it worked initially, then when I plugged it in again the monitor clicked off about every 30 seconds. Nil issues with monitor as I plugged it into laptop and was fine. Very frustrated.

    Not working on dual monitors

    The product looks and feels sturdy and good. Thats a plus points for me. Two things that made me replaced the first unit then finally returned the replacement: 1. It doesnt work for 2 external monitors. The two HDMI ports displays as mirrors (of each other) instead as extensions. I tried it on MacBookPro (intel) and on Dell laptops. Both outputs are behaving the same thing - mirrors. 2. Theres a delay for the laptop to detect the connection and at times it doesnt detect it. Tried USB-C 4 but it still behaves weird. Im not sure if this is due to the latest OS versions for Mac/Windows and that this device is no longer compatible to them.
