I’m sure the Apple Magic Keyboard Folio will be a great product when I can actually use it as intended. I ordered it along with an iPad and Apple Pencil on the 9/12. All items were in stock and estimated for delivery on the 14/12. I paid for express delivery. I received the keyboard on the 13/12. I am yet to receive the iPad or the pencil. I have tried to call customer service but cannot get through, so I have spoken to them via the online chat service. I was told that “Apple do not provide us with product ETA’s”. When I questioned the fact that the products were in stock when I ordered them and noted as estimated for delivery on the 14/12, the customer service agent advised they had “resolved my query” and left the chat. It is now the 31/12 and I have still not heard anymore from the good guys. Really disappointing customer service. I specifically ordered from them because the products were in stock, available and they offered express postage service (at an extra price I was happy to pay for). Won’t be ordering from them again.
